LOA BACKGROUND: Leutrell Osborne founded Leutrell Osborne & Associates (LOA) after retirement from the Federal Government. He serves as inspirational leader and Chief Security Planner for the firm, enabling LOA to develop client projects consisting of system and process improvement and focused marketing to both private sector clients and the Federal Government.
As a veteran Counter Intelligence Officer employed by CIA for 27 years, he also possesses significant counter terrorist insights and business skills. His core competencies in government contracting emerged from his over five years serving in government programs providing oversight on Small Business Administration (SBA) program while he was employed at the Office of Personnel Management his last five years in federal services. Supported by his capable staff, Mr. Osborne also uses his core competencies in information assurance (IA) and business counter measures in harmony with LOA projects and tasks. Mr. Osborne structures strong leadership, mentoring and consulting services for LOA providing safety, health and security services for helping clients counter adversary threats, even counterterrorism.
As a major provider of management consulting services, LOA works with our business partners to perform commercial, international and government contracts. In short LOA assists clients identify, analyze and resolve issues especially in sales, corporate growth and market shares. LOA uses our in depth marketing, counter intelligence, security, telecommunications, government contracting, promotions, and public relations competencies for building LOA Departments in Media, Wellness, Wealth, International and Technical services.
